Phoenix Cycling Collective is getting ready for some fierce competition at their home-town race in the National Road Series, the Vie 13 National Capital Tour. This grass-roots team is champing at the bit after tasting success at their last Tour, which saw their riders win the Most Aggressive Jersey as well as gain precious? King of the Mountain (KOM) points during the four day Lakes Oil Tour of Gippsland. True to their commitment to support and encourage cyclists living in the Canberra region, their side for the Vie 13 National Capital Tour will feature stage aggressor Craig Evers, hill climbers Nathan Booth and Dave Parker, tactical master Dr Simon Dwyer, sprinter Hayden Campbell as well as local guest riders Sam Moorby and Anthony Murfett, as well as under 19 young gun Paddy Corcoran on loan from the JML Racing team. The Vie 13 National Capital Tour runs from Friday 19th September – Sunday 21st September, and begins with the team presentation from 5:00 pm at?the National Convention Centre?on Thursday 18 September.
