The Bicycle Superstore Women?s Road Team is delighted to announce that Hayley Jones and Tayla Evans have both signed with the team for 2015. The two girls have a strong background in track racing and are fired up to take on the road season with the team in the year ahead. Returning from racing in Great Britain last year and competing in track cycling at the Commonwealth Games, Hayley Jones is looking forward to having a chance to build strength and race at an NRS level. ?I am excited for the next season as I had a long break after the Commonwealth Games. I had a nasty crash just prior to competing, which nearly put me out altogether, however I managed to compete and race the points and road race.? I am aiming to come back stronger than ever and have a good year with the team.? Hayley is looking forward to becoming a part of the strong line up for 2015, which includes a mix of returning and new riders such as the latest additions of Taryn Heather, Lucy Bechtel, and Em Viotto. ?I am really excited to be joining Bicycle Superstore as it is a team full of talented riders.? Hayley will debut with the team shortly at the Shimano Supercrit in Melbourne, and will also be competing at the Australian Madison Championships with Tayla Evans, who is also set to join the team at the beginning of 2015.? Having raced the NRS last year, Tayla has her eyes set on a big year ahead. ? After spending last season focusing on development, I?m looking forward to having a really competitive year at the NRS level.? I am hopeful this will also assist the team in achieving some top results.? Tayla is looking forward to being a part of BSS and learning from other team members and DS Chris Savage who will continue his valuable role with the team. ?What an exciting line up and a professional team to join!? For me being able to ride alongside and learn from such talented girls will be one of the best parts; that and joining such a fun and outgoing bunch of people.? I really can?t wait to get stuck into some racing and have a blast with the Fluro Army.? Team Manager Nadine Crane shared her thoughts on the two newest additions and the year ahead. ?It is fantastic to have Hayley on board for the coming year as she has shown a formidable sprint talent and has international racing experience.? Tayla will bring great strength with her track background and has demonstrated some fantastic results last year in the NRS.? The management team and all of the riders are very much looking forward to an exciting year ahead.? We are privileged to have the chance to work with such an amazing group of women who are dedicated, hard-working athletes and great people.?
